Land inventory is conducted to clarify or establish the locations of various objects, their boundaries.
Typically, the inventory is conducted in the absence or incompleteness of legal documents for land , inconsistencies of their actual location and area change of owners of land.
Inventory of land is also made in order to:
• ensure the maintenance of the state land cadastre, control over the use and protection of land;
• determination of the qualitative state land, their borders, size, composition lands;
• harmonization of data obtained as a result of the inventory of land, with the information contained in the documents certifying the right to land, and the state land cadastre.
Note, however, that the inventory of land is also the basis for the correction of errors in the State Land Cadastre and changes to the statements of the land.
